Anne Hamlett

Anne Hamlett oversees Human Resource’s mission to elevate each employees’ experience and strengthen their talents. As HR Director, she develops a company culture that enables employees to perform at their best, aligning with the Group’s objectives. She defines the appropriate organizational structure, recruits talent with the relevant skillset, and brings the Group’s vision and ideas into fruition.

Anne and her team successfully support the international expansion of the L‑Acoustics Group, recruiting over 500 team members comprising 29 different nationalities. Her supervision of the Legal Affairs Department also aligns with business, corporate, and intellectual property activities.

Before joining L‑Acoustics, Anne previously managed personnel, social, and hiring projects for an IP firm in Paris. She also performed contract negotiations under the mentorship of the CEO of a printing facility.

Anne holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs who has always aspired to a career that unites entrepreneurship and strong involvement in piloting and disseminating an innovative enterprise’s culture and values.
