This past February 20th, we recognized Social Justice Day, a United Nations initiative that champions a world where equality, dignity, and human rights are universally respected. At L-Acoustics, this isn’t just a day on the calendar; it’s a core belief we live by. We firmly believe that providing equitable opportunities and valuing every individual, regardless of their origin, culture, or social background, is a moral imperative. It serves as a driving force for innovation. It’s essential for our collective success and foundational to building a society where every voice is heard and every talent nurtured. We deeply embed this commitment in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and actively work to bring it to life through various initiatives.
Beyond Social Justice Day: Empowering the Next Generation of Audio Professionals
We are passionate about opening doors and creating pathways for underrepresented communities within the audio industry. Through our Diversity Scholarship Program, we partner with nonprofit organizations to provide access to valuable content, events, and educational opportunities related to our products and technologies. For example, in 2024, we proudly sponsored the attendance of ten individuals from diverse backgrounds at the Audio Developer Conference.
We’re also proud to sponsor initiatives that empower women in audio and music production. For instance, we’ve supported eight women from SoundGirls to attend our L-Acoustics conference. SoundGirls promotes diversity and inclusivity within the industry through global networking, scholarships, mentorships, workshops, and a podcast.

Across our French production sites, we work alongside talented individuals with disabilities, recognizing their valuable contributions. We are also committed to increasing gender diversity within the audio industry, including at our HGP location.

We proudly donate to organizations like the Red Cross and Restos du Coeur, which support those in need. Additionally, we support organizations such as UNICEF, UNHCR, and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
