That transformation reached full realization at the “Heart & Soul Live in Jakarta 2025” concert, where FullSize System’s newly deployed L2 and L2D arrays delivered pristine sound for iconic R&B legends All-4-One and Brian McKnight alongside Indonesian star Raisa, marking a defining moment for both the company’s evolution and Indonesia’s premium live sound capabilities.
The sold-out concert at Jakarta’s 5,000-capacity Tennis Indoor Senayan Arena presented the ultimate proving ground: a centre-stage 360° layout demanding flawless coverage to every seat, headlined by artists whose vocal performances required studio-like precision at concert SPL levels.

FullSize System’s journey to L Series partnership reflects the transformative power of strategic technology investment. Previously focused on smaller-scale corporate product launches and seminar events, the company recognized that accessing Indonesia’s growing premium concert market required flagship-level capabilities.
“We knew the award-winning coverage, frequency response, and sonic integrity of L Series would deliver that distinct concert sound quality that separates professional productions from everything else,” explains Yumir Mujaldi, Director of FullSize System. “The L2 and L2D represent the top-tier concert sound solutions available in the market. The acquisition included comprehensive technical training from L-Acoustics, equipping FullSize System engineers with essential design, deployment, and operational skills. This foundation proved crucial when the Heart & Soul opportunity arrived—a high-profile concert requiring immediate credibility with international touring artists and their technical teams. L-Acoustics certified provider for Indonesia, Gracia Auvindo supported the FullSize System team. Led by Rama Nazar N. of Gracia Auvindo, both teams were in collaboration during system design, on-site implementation and system tuning phases.
Precision Engineering Meets Complex Venue Demands
The 360° seating configuration for “Heart and Soul” presented multiple acoustic and logistical challenges that would test both system and operator capabilities. With the stage positioned centrally and audiences surrounding the performance area, achieving even coverage while managing reflections and maintaining optimal SPL levels required sophisticated system design and deployment expertise.
FullSize System leveraged Soundvision 3D modelling software extensively, plotting system component rigging heights and positions for optimal direct sound coverage while securing promoter approval through detailed acoustic predictions. The modelling proved invaluable in addressing the venue’s inherent operational challenges.
“With the concert’s 360° seating layout, FOH positioning constraints, and client requirements for optimal SPL with even coverage, the L Series streamlined design philosophy and Soundvision’s simulation capabilities proved crucial to meeting all requirements even before we deployed the system,” explains Yumir.
The final configuration featured four L2 and six L2D units for the main PA, supported by 24 KS28 subwoofers providing low-end definition and eight Kara II boxes rigged as front-fill. The entire system operated via Milan-AVB connectivity with analog backup, interfacing through AES-EBU to a P1 processor with full redundancy capabilities.

Throughout the concert performances, the L2 and L2D arrays delivered the exceptional consistency and pristine signature sound quality that defines L-Acoustics flagship technology. The Soundvision system design and L2 deployment simplicity enabled FullSize System to adhere to tight timelines following staging and rigging phases, with efficient on-site tuning and calibration.
The results exceeded all expectations. “For the show, the concert mix engineer experienced no problems mixing the entire live backing band, despite the challenging venue layout and FOH position,” reports Yumir. “We received outstanding feedback from the guest stars during soundcheck, and the promoter was completely satisfied with the results.”
The deployment also demonstrated L-Acoustics’ renowned technical support capabilities. “Beyond the pre-event planning tools that allowed us to propose the system with complete confidence, the L-Acoustics team provided swift technical support when we encountered a connectivity issue with the P1 during tuning, helping us resolve the problem immediately,” reveals Yumir.
