LSE
L System Engineer
All Systems: Certified
The L System Engineer (LSE) designation represents the highest level of technical expertise. It is the definitive standard for professionals with expert-level proficiency of the L-Acoustics ecosystem, from major tours to fixed installations or special events. We certify engineers who pair advanced technical skills with strong leadership and collaborative ability. LSE guarantees consistent excellence worldwide.
Prerequisites
LSE is not an entry-level step. It is a distinction for those with at least ten years in the audio industry and a comprehensive portfolio of deployed systems. Applicants must show command of the L-Acoustics workflow—specifically Soundvision simulation and M1 data calibration—alongside the communication skills required to lead teams under pressure.
Web-based Application
Submit your portfolio online.
We require system designs, reports, and calibration files containing M1 data to verify your workflow.
Review
A committee assesses applications against objective technical criteria. If the data holds up, we may request an on-site verification to see your work in action.
Approval
Final vetting rests with the LSE Committee, a panel composed of L-Acoustics leadership and seasoned industry experts.
