L-Acoustics is proud to announce that our Co-CEO, Laurent Vaissié, has once again been named a Pollstar Impact International UK/Euro Honoree for 2025. Compiled by Pollstar’s editorial team, the list recognizes industry leaders across the region who have demonstrated excellence in creativity, innovation, strategic leadership, and resilience during some of the most challenging times the international live entertainment sector has faced.

At L-Acoustics, we believe in connecting humans through the best shared sound experiences; an ambition reflected in Laurent’s leadership. His second recognition by Pollstar underscores his continued influence in shaping the future of live entertainment across Europe and beyond. Under his guidance, we have expanded globally and quadrupled our business since the pandemic.

A standout milestone was the launch of our L Series loudspeaker system at the Hollywood Bowl in 2023, which Laurent described as “a major shift for us and the industry.” The system set a new standard for immersive audio and reaffirmed our commitment to innovation that serves both artists and audiences.

Beyond technology, Laurent has championed education, equity, and community. In 2025, we delivered over 13,000 training certifications, launched scholarships, and expanded programs to support diversity in professional audio.

Laurent’s deep understanding of the live entertainment ecosystem continues to guide our work. As he shared with Pollstar, “We need to create a safety net for the people who make live shows possible.” He also envisions a future where venues are designed for acoustic excellence—“Space is the new frontier,” he says.
