On\u202fJune 10, 2025, L-Acoustics proudly joined 11 other multinational companies to launch the\u202fEngage & Care Corporate Coalition<\/strong><\/a>, a global initiative committed to promoting fair and decent living and working conditions for team members around the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Global Call for Equity and Protection<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Initiated by\u202fL\u2019Or\u00e9al, and joined by companies such as\u202fAXA,\u202fEDF,\u202fMichelin, Orange, Sanofi and more the Engage & Care Corporate Coalition responds to a sobering reality:\u202f4.1 billion people, over half the world\u2019s population, lack access to national social protection systems. That means billions live without income security, healthcare, or support during times of vulnerability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed these gaps with painful clarity, and the need for action is urgent. Mental health, caregiving, and economic stability have become central concerns for workers across generations. As a company founded on a vision and foundation<\/a> around human experience, L-Acoustics\u2019 commitment to this corporate coalition is a natural extension of its work. Work that starts with taking care of the people within the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designing Systems with Care<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The data speaks volumes. According to the\u202fInternational Labor Organization,\u202f3.8 billion people lack access to social security coverage. In 2022,\u202f27% of workers in the EU\u202freported suffering from stress, depression, or anxiety. Among young adults,\u202f44% currently face mental health challenges, and working mothers continue to face career setbacks due to caregiving responsibilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
