For this position you will be designing and programming software for applications in embedded C for architectures like BLACKFIN and ARM Series Embedded Microcontrollers.

Your tasks will include programming real-time microcontroller applications for real-time audio network products and their test environments.  

In addition, you will also design and debug software containing embedded microcontroller.

You will be working together with our team and our international third party developers.

Ideally, you will:
    
Have used BLACKFIN/ARM based microcontrollers extensively, and be proficient in embedded C/C++ in a multitask (RTOS) enabled environment

Be familiar with Ethernet and communication stacks including TCP/IP, UDP and FTP

Have significant experience in embedded peripherals and data busses and knowledge of database development

Have a passion for programming

Have a good understanding of the full software development life-cycle

Be a team player

Skills in some of the following would be a plus:

• Analog Devices Blackfin VisualDSP++
• Embedded GUI Programming
• PC application programming
• Programmable logic design (VHDL etc.)

• A college/university degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required
• A Masters degree in a related field is preferred
• Expert programming experience in C is desired
• Five years experience is required
• Good English skills

For this position you will be designing and developing hardware containing embedded microcontroller, DSP, FPGA , Analog Components.

Your tasks will include research and development on high voltage/current applications for amplifiers and SMPS.

You will design, simulate and develop programmable logic (FPGA)

You will also be responsible for the complete development path from design, develop, prototype and test including documentation for manufacturing and production test.
 
In addition you will be participating on Firmware developments for DSP applications / projects leaded by the Embedded Software Engineering.

We also want you to participate in product conception, architecture and design.

Sous la responsabilité du responsable acoustique et instrumentation, le technicien tests et mesures acoustiques participe au développement des produits L-ACOUSTICS. Il a notamment pour mission :

• le prototypage d’enceintes acoustiques à partir de plans CAO
• la participation à la définition des procédures et moyens de tests
• la réalisation d’essais et de mesures acoustiques dans différents environnements
• le suivi et l’analyse des résultats
• la rédaction des rapports d’essais
• la gestion et l’optimisation de l’espace de prototypage et du parc de prototypes

Environnement : International et innovant

• Maitrise des outils de mesures acoustiques : (Soundcheck, Audioprécision, Klippel, WinMLS,…)
• Connaissances en traitement du signal et en acoustique fondamentale
• L’utilisation d'outils de dessin industriel (de type Catia, Solidworks,..) serait un plus
• Anglais courant
• Expérience : Première expérience significative (stages compris) dans la réalisation de tests et mesures acoustiques, idéalement  dans un contexte industriel et international

The Technical Support Engineer will reinforce all project activities through their established technical expertise and experience in the touring and fixed installation sound field. Using comprehensive knowledge of our products and their applications, the candidate will provide a vital technical support link between our sales department and our customers alike. The preferred candidate will also have developed professional relationships with consultants and contractors and will draw upon this experience in order to direct the appropriate advice and support on behalf of L-ACOUSTICS. The candidate will possess knowledge of the unique technologies in use at L-ACOUSTICS and have an expert knowledge of sound design modelling and measurement procedures.

• Effectively represent L-ACOUSTICS within the field of touring and fixed installation
• Handle relations with mixing and system engineers
• Provide sound design support
• Provide solutions to challenging projects
• Provide on-site support
• Conduct technical trainings and demo

• In-depth knowledge of the touring activity/high-level users and specifiers
• Technical expertise with a variety of pro audio equipment
